Happiness

Each second of our lives presents us with the opportunity to begin anew, we just have to WANT to do it. Mentally, emotionally, physically we are all bodies in a constant state of flex. Whether its something as simple as starting your day in a shitty mood, or larger issues such as finding yourself loathing the career path you’ve chosen, wanting to further your education or knowledge base or whatever aspect of life you are displeased with…you are the catalyst of that change. The biggest enemy you face is your own self-doubt. You will find, if you spend some real time with yourself, that the doubts you do have are rarely justified. I challenge you to go forth, evaluate what, if anything, is holding you back from being your happiest self, and break that bind. The easiest way to start is to just take a focused breath, calm your mind and begin planning the new you!
